1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QuickProxy ("we", "us", "our") and the residential proxy services we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or sending traffic through our gateway, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping credentials confidential.
- Any activity performed with your credentials is attributed to you. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One account per organisation. Reselling, sub-licensing or redistributing access without a written agreement is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation in your or the destination jurisdiction.
- Send spam, run phishing, distribute malware, attempt account takeovers or commit fraud.
- Access, scrape or interact with sites in a way that violates their terms of service when those terms apply to you.
- Bypass authentication or security controls of any system you do not own or have permission to test.
- Process child sexual abuse material, doxxing content, or material that incites violence.
- Resell or redistribute proxy access to third parties.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
4. The Service
QuickProxy provides authenticated access to a network of residential IPs across 150+ countries via HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols, with country, region, city and ISP-level targeting and sticky or rotating sessions. Specific bandwidth allowances depend on the plan you choose.
We strive for 99.9% monthly availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; unplanned downtime credits, if any, are described on the pricing page or in your service agreement.
5. Billing & refunds
- You can pay once for a fixed bandwidth bucket or subscribe for monthly delivery of the same package.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
- Pay-as-you-go bandwidth packages are pre-paid and consumed as you use the Service. Unused bandwidth does not expire.
- Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
- Because of the nature of the Service, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where service was not delivered. Bandwidth abuse or terms violations forfeit any refund right.
- Failed payments suspend the account until the balance is settled.
6. Term & termination
These Terms apply for as long as you have an account or unused bandwidth credit. Either party may terminate for convenience: you, by closing the account; us, with 30 days' notice. Either party may terminate for cause (material breach, insolvency, fraud) immediately. On termination, the right to use the Service ends and we'll delete personal data per our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the QuickProxy name, brand, software, dashboard, documentation and APIs. You retain all rights to the data you collect through the Service. Nothing in these Terms grants either party a licence to the other's trademarks beyond identification rights necessary to use the Service.
8. Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For business customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), email [email protected].
9. Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any particular IP, country or session will be available at any given moment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your unlawful use of the Service.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to QuickProxy's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith between the parties; if unresolved within 60 days, they may be brought before the competent courts of QuickProxy's jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will email registered users at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
